Team work – creation, discussion and agreement of posts by teamwork.

Confirm the content with the client or divide the work bewteen several internal team members by using working stages.
After a post leaves one working stage, it automatically is fowarded to the next, and so on until publication. Every client/project/team can create a chain of work under the post. For example: text > design > agreement> publication.
In addition to these working stages, it is possible to assign a “rules of transfer” between stages. An example of which could be, at the agreement stage, a post could either be published or sent back to any of the previous stages for amendment. However, from the design stage, the post can only be sent to the previous step in the working chain.
Appoint a colleague to be responsible for each stage of the working chain. The copywriter, editor or corrector is responsible for the text. The designer is in charge of creating pictures for social media. The project manager is responsible for the preliminary approval whilst the client gives the final approval.
Assign each team member his authority which he can exercise, for example, the right to publish posts after his working stage, the right to delete the post or forward it to the next working stage.
In this way the colleagues cannot publish a post without client approval and the client only sees the posts which have been sent to him for approval. All internal work done on the posts goes on behind the scenes without the client’s knowledge.
Internal commenting is needed by the internal team for discussing posts. These are not published on social media and are only accessible in the internal project.
This comment will only be visible to those members of the team who have been given access. In this way you can hide the discussion of posts from the customer, or alternatively allow the client to take an active part in discussions of post content.
Give team members access so they can respond to comments timely using a personal computer and not from a mobile telephone.
All comments look like dialogues so it is very easy to chat with users.
Allow colleagues to chat with clients in Instagram Direct whilst not giving them access from the account.
You can allow all members to correspond in Direct or you can appoint someone to be responsible for correspondence whilst allowing other members to see but not reply to the correspondence. You can also set it up so that colleagues cannot delete dialogues.
