Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
IE Nikiforov Alexander Viktorovich is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children. We strictly prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and adhere to the policies established by Google Play and international regulatory documents. Our platform does not tolerate content that in any way promotes, depicts, or facilitates CSAE.
Prohibited Content and Activities
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that includes:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- any form of sexual exploitation or grooming of minors;
- promotion or distribution of offensive content involving children;
- facilitating or encouraging illegal activities involving minors;
- any attempts to contact minors or engage them in inappropriate activities.
Reporting and Enforcement
If a user discovers content or behavior that violates this policy, they should report it immediately.
To submit a report without leaving the app, users can use the "Report" button in their personal account under the "Child Safety Standards" section.

Reports of CSAE violations are handled on a priority basis with prompt action taken:
- removal of CSAE-related materials;
- reporting illegal activity to relevant organizations and law enforcement;
- suspension or termination of accounts belonging to users involved in violations.
We take every report seriously and are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We comply with all applicable laws relating to child safety, including but not limited to:
- the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC);
- the US PROTECT Act;
- provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerning child safety;
- any other applicable national and international legal frameworks.
Commitment to Child Safety
We are committed to creating a safe digital environment and work with industry partners, law enforcement, and child protection organizations to combat CSAE.
By using the "Peresvet-Abonent" app, users agree to comply with this policy. Any violation may result in immediate action, including referral to the relevant authorities.
Any user of the "Peresvet-Abonent" app who discovers CSAE content may independently report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (Russia) https://findchild.ru, or to other relevant regional organizations and law enforcement agencies.
