This document constitutes an offer from Individual Entrepreneur Nikiforov Alexander Viktorovich, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Administration", to enter into an agreement with — a legal entity or Individual Entrepreneur, — as well as an individual registered as a self-employed citizen (registered with the Federal Tax Service as a taxpayer of professional income tax in accordance with Federal Law No. 422-FZ dated 27.11.2018), registered in the territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter "Partner") for the provision of agency services under the affiliate program of the internet service postmypost.io (hereinafter — "Service") on the terms listed below. In accordance with Article 435 and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer is a public offer (hereinafter "Offer").
1. Affiliate Program Terms
1.1. The Postmypost affiliate program is aimed at promoting and distributing the services of the platform by attracting users to the Service through the Partner for an agency fee, as well as attracting partners who attract users via their own referral links.
Every Postmypost platform user can become a member of the affiliate program by first agreeing to the terms of this offer and registering as a Partner.
To attract users, you need to create unique referral links in your partner account. Only new users who follow these links to the service are assigned to the Partner.
1.2. The Service reserves the right to close the partner account at any time without prior notice if the partner violates the terms of the affiliate program, promotes themselves using illegal methods, and also to cancel the balance of the partner account.
1.3. Each user who registers in Postmypost via the partner's referral links is assigned to the Partner. Subsequently, a payment is made from each payment of these users in accordance with clause 2 of this offer.
1.4. The Partner may promote a link with a referral code or promo codes by placing them on their website, social networks, or by purchasing advertising in the form of traffic arbitrage.
The following is prohibited:
- Using spam methods to spread information about the service;
- Promoting your website containing information about the service using email spam or SEO spam;
- Using information about the service or in advertising materials that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other property rights;
- Using the service content to promote competitors;
- Providing false information about the service to potential and existing users.
1.5. When creating partner promo codes and links, you can set a discount on the first payment for users.
1.6. The Partner has the right to use promotional and graphic materials placed in the partner cabinet on the service to attract users.
2. Payment Procedure
2.1. Payments are made automatically based on this offer on the 29th of each month according to the details specified in the partner cabinet. Payments are only possible to the bank account of individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, and individuals registered as self-employed citizens.
2.2. Payment amount. Individual interest accrual terms will be available to you when creating a referral link.
2.3. Affiliate reward payment can only be made after payments from 10 or more different users and a total accumulated payment amount of more than 5,000 rubles.
3. Creating Referral Links
3.1. Referral links are created in the partner cabinet in the service under the "Links" section, where you can create a referral link by specifying the name and discount percentage on the first payment for the user. Thus, each link has its own terms for the attracted users.

4. Statistics of Attracted Users and Payments
The partner's personal cabinet displays all clicks, registrations, and payments for each created referral link and coupon, as well as the accumulated reward amount available for withdrawal.
5. What Is Prohibited
5.1. Registering multiple accounts to create a discount for yourself, related accounts, employees of the same company, and other affiliated persons and companies.
5.2. Registering a client independently. The process of transferring the link to users/clients for further registration on the client's device is mandatory.
5.3. If such violations are detected, the affiliate reward will be denied and the personal cabinet will be blocked. The discount of the referred user obtained in violation of the rules of this offer will be cancelled in the user's personal cabinet by reducing the tariff days.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Partner bears independent responsibility for any of their actions and/or inaction that caused any harm to the service or third parties, including loss of business reputation.
6.2. The Partner accepts the service's operating conditions and acknowledges the service's dependence on unforeseen equipment and software failures, as well as platforms and social networks and other circumstances beyond the service administration's control that may affect the service's operation, and agrees to use the service on an "as is" basis. The Service is not responsible for the Partner's activities and does not compensate the Partner for losses (including actual damages and lost profits) incurred by the Partner in connection with the performance/non-performance of this agreement.
