New unified list of dialogues and comments – everything important is right in front of you
Previously, you had to switch between tabs. Now it’s simpler:

in the left menu, a unified list of all dialogues and posts with comments;

sorting by the date of the last activity – the most recent messages and comments are always at the top;

quick switching between messages and posts directly in the menu;

no unnecessary clicks – you open the section and immediately see what needs your attention and where to respond.
You enter a single section and see only what requires your attention right now. Red dots light up only where a real team member hasn’t been yet (where the AI assistant has been working). Everything else has already been processed, answered, closed.
The difference is felt immediately – and in the first few days of use, it already saves hours. It’s especially helpful when managing 10+ accounts simultaneously.
Status bar and convenient management of the AI assistant
In the central part of the window, an informative status bar has now appeared. What you can see right away:

who you are currently in dialogue with (name/nickname + social network);

AI assistant control button: disable for 15/30/60 minutes or forever;

“No response required” button – with one click, you remove the dialogue from "urgent"
This is a small detail that significantly changes the work experience. The smart logic of red dots – no more missed messages. The red dot next to the dialogue now behaves much smarter:

appears with a new message or comment;
-
doesn’t disappear until you personally ensure that everything is fine;

even if the AI has replied – the dot remains so you can check the quality of the response
Now there is an option to manually stop the assistant during its communication with a user, for example, for 15 minutes, and sort of "intercept" the process for self-control. You can also choose the “No response required” option if a continuation of the dialogue is not actually needed (for example, in the case of a spam distribution).
It’s like a smart filter in email, but for social media: 80-90% of the routine is handled by the system, allowing you to focus on important clients, complex issues, and sales. In short, what you get with this update:
