How to Connect the Universal Channel

Connecting takes less than a minute:

  1. Go to the Connect Channel section.

  2. Choose the Universal type.

  3. Specify the channel name — for example, "Corporate Blog," "Email Newsletter to Clients," "Placements in VC.ru," "PR in RBC."

  4. Save — the channel is ready for use.

After this, it will appear in your list of channels next to VKontakte, Telegram, and others. Create a new publication, add text, title, and description. Attach files: cover photos, PDF versions of articles, email templates. Specify the date and time of the planned release (so it is visible in the calendar). Send for approval: assign responsible persons, add internal comments. After approval — mark the status as "Ready for publication" or "Published" manually.

Recommendations for Using the Universal Channel

  • For corporate blogs — connect several at once (main blog + blog on Zen/VC/Telegra.ph). Everything in one content plan.

  • For email newsletters — keep email templates and landing pages in cards so they don't get lost.
