Friends, hello! We want to share three updates in the post editor that will make your work and team interactions even more convenient. These improvements came from your ideas — thank you for your contribution! And, of course, we're looking forward to even more suggestions. What has changed?
\## Switch from preview to discussion in the post editor Next to the preview button, a discussion feature is now available. This means that while creating or editing a post, you can open the comments section with one click and immediately start discussing it with colleagues. This approach makes collaborative content work much more convenient — the discussion takes place right in the process of work. !\[unnamed.png\](http://postmypost.loc/storage/blog/content/0go/1v1/0go1v190vwdw30guvr7sqav57mpr6gql.png "unnamed.png") ## Add files to the discussion Now you can attach files to post discussions. This saves time, simplifies communication, and helps keep all materials in one place. !\[unnamed (1).png\](http://postmypost.loc/storage/blog/content/f65/u23/f65u23u0hqbamsk3iqh6hemkmkms2hws.png "unnamed (1).png") Let's take an example. A designer makes edits and immediately uploads the updated image right into the discussion — no need to add it to the post before approval or discuss it in messengers. Or does the client need to send photos for publication? Previously, they had to be sent via email or messenger and then manually uploaded into the editor. Now the client can simply attach files right into the post discussion — the manager won't have to save and re-upload them. ## Drag and drop files from discussion straight into the post Now you can drag files directly from the discussion into the post. Suppose you've approved the visual in the discussion, and there's no need to resave or re-add anything. Just grab the necessary file and drag it into the post. One move — and it's done! The needed visual is already in place. !\[image\_2025-04-02\_17-24-08.png\](http://postmypost.loc/storage/blog/content/a1y/owl/a1yowlul85bwccji2kork701b7s8fyzm.png "image\_2025-04-02\_17-24-08.png") The same goes for materials from the client: received photos in the discussion? No need to resave them — just move them into the post. Now all work on the post is faster: edits and materials are attached directly to the post, and the entire team can immediately see, discuss, and approve them. And also — nothing will be lost. Even if the post is revised in a week or a month, the entire discussion history and uploaded files will remain at hand. If you have ideas or suggestions to improve the service, let us know! Go to the \[“Share an Idea” section\](http://idea.postmypost.io/), leave your thoughts, vote for updates, and join the discussion.
