Watermarking is a reliable way to protect your content from copying and illegal use. However, if you publish numerous photos and videos daily, manually adding a logo can take up half of your workday. Dozens of files: each needs to be opened in an editor, the logo added, aligned, saved—over and over again.
Moreover, there's a risk of forgetting to place the mark or misaligning it. As a result, the logo may cover important details or look untidy, which can ruin the impression of the brand.
Fortunately, there is a way to solve all these problems at once—automatic watermarking. Just add your logo and set the stamping conditions during publication, and we will automatically add a watermark to all necessary materials. Here's how to set it up.
Step 1. Go to settings
Open the "Watermarks" section in the service settings.

Here you can create a new template or edit an existing one. Click "Create," and a settings window will appear before you.

Step 2. Choose where and when to apply watermarks
You need to set conditions under which the watermark will be automatically added.
Social network or account. You can select a specific social network (Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, TikTok, etc.) or specify a separate profile if you have multiple.

Publication formats. Then choose what types of content the mark will be applied to: posts, stories, videos, or all at once.

This is convenient if you use different content styles for different platforms. You can create separate settings for each case.
Step 3. Customize the appearance of the watermark
After selecting the settings and uploading the file, the editor will open. Here you can set the parameters for placing the watermark.
Set the position and size.

Adjust the transparency so that the watermark does not cover the main image.

Check how it looks on different formats (stories, posts, video cover).

Step 4. Save and forget the routine
After setting up, click "Schedule" in the editor, then "Save" in the main menu.
Step 5. Edit if necessary
If you need to change the watermark (for example, change its position or transparency), you can always return to the settings and click "Edit".

Done! Now all your publications that meet the specified conditions will be automatically protected by a watermark. You no longer need to process each photo manually. And thanks to the constant presence of the logo, brand recognition increases.
Can it be made even more convenient?
