What takes the most time for a blogger, SMM specialist, expert? Of course, planning content, creating texts, as well as publishing across different social networks. Let's try to calculate the time expenses and then try to minimize these expenses.
Creating a Content Plan
Let's assume we need a content plan for a week for an EVENT agency. The requirements — two posts a day, in the near future there is a plan to hold a bright public event. Therefore, we need to suggest topics for 14 posts and logically place them in the plan's grid for the week.
Option 1
Even with a worked-out scheme, planning can take at least an hour. As a result, there should be posts in the format of text with a photo, an agency presentation, several promotions to attract subscriber attention and feedback, event announcements, and the introduction of partners.
Option 2
We turn to artificial intelligence for help. We write down the task of what needs to be done. The more precise the request is, the more complete and interesting the content plan will be.
It took artificial intelligence about 30 seconds to generate the content plan. It took another 5-10 minutes to proofread the text and make sure there were no errors.

Total:
Saved at least 45 minutes.
Writing Text
Now it's time to execute the content plan. This means writing texts of various lengths for each item.
Option 1
In most cases, posts should not be large. Writing even short texts takes from half an hour to two hours.
Option 2
We assign the same task to artificial intelligence. We simply copy the lines from the content plan and assign the task.
Artificial intelligence will write the post, add hashtags, and even emojis. This will also take about 30 seconds and 5-10 minutes for text proofing.

Total:
Saved 30 minutes to two hours on each post. There should be 14 such posts per week. Thus, the time saved per week is from 7 to 28 hours or from one to 3.5 working days. Impressive, isn't it?
Planning and Publishing Posts on All Social Networks
Option 1
Let's assume the agency is represented in five social networks. This means that every day you need to perform the following actions:
- log in to the social network – 30 seconds;
- create a draft post – 4.5 minutes;
- publish in real-time or schedule the publication.
Total:
With the right speed and experience – 5 minutes per publication in one social network. According to the conditions, we have five social networks, meaning each publication will take at least 25 minutes. In total – 5 hours and 48 minutes.
Option 2
The same conditions, but for publication we use an autoposting service. For this, we perform the following actions:
- log in to your account in the service;
- select "Create Post";
- mark the social networks where the post needs to be published;
- add text and photo;
- if necessary, choose the publishing option for the post (this is usually necessary for Instagram and X);
- select the time of publication — current or on a specific day and hour;
- publish.
With the right speed, planning a post will take no more than 5-7 minutes. Moreover, there’s no need to log into each social network separately, just log into the autoposting service. 14 publications at 5-7 minutes each — that's 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 38 minutes.

Total:
Time savings per week range from 4 hours and 10 minutes to 4 hours and 38 minutes.
Conclusion
The usual routine accompanying a blogger, SMM specialist, expert takes considerable time if everything is done manually. It will be qualitative and interesting, but it will require significant time expenditures. However, you can delegate part of your tasks to artificial intelligence. It will handle all the routine, and the autoposting service will additionally save time when publishing posts.
Of course, you will have to conduct interviews, take photos, and make videos on your own, but even here artificial intelligence will certainly come to the rescue if you set the right task. In any case, the routine will take much less time, and you will be able to save from one to 3-4 working days. And today, time — especially free time — is valued especially highly.
