Added a new channel for publications — the social network Bluesky. Let's discuss this in more detail.
What is Bluesky?
Bluesky is a social network from the creators of Twitter, designed for communication and idea exchange.
Unlike traditional social networks, Bluesky has no centralized management. This means it consists of many independent communities. Each user can create a page based on their domain and communicate freely with users within a single social network. This creates transparency — there is no management "in one hand". Users can manage settings themselves, store data on their own servers, and determine what will appear in their feed.
How to configure the feed?
Upon registration, the social network offers a selection of topics of interest. Bluesky will also suggest users complete tasks to train the algorithm: subscribe to 7 users and like 10 posts.
After that, in the #Feeds tab, you can select topic sections of posts by interest and save them to later view publications only on those topics. There are feeds such as "popular among friends", posts from followers, news, science, art, movies, and so on.
Who is Bluesky for?
Bluesky is the ideal platform for those who want to create and develop their community. For example, for experts. Thanks to transparent algorithms, posts will be visible specifically to those interested in the topic, allowing an active community to form around ideas, products, and services.
The main advantage of this social network is novelty. There is less competition here, and you have more chances to set your standards and attract people to your brand.
