Now you can publish videos on Instagram Reels!
You can publish videos up to 30 seconds long in Reels. If the uploaded video is longer, it will automatically be trimmed, and only the first 30 seconds will be published. Unfortunately, Instagram does not allow publishing multiple videos in a single Reels post.
The format for videos in Reels is the same as in Stories — 9:16. The optimal size is 1080x1920 pixels. In our editor, you can adjust the video to a 9:16 format (as for Stories) or trim the video by length and select the desired fragment.
