We have prepared a list of 22 questions for any product in any field that should be answered in your content. Every product, item, or service is created with a specific purpose for specific people. However, there are universal questions that concern potential buyers regardless of the niche.

For each question, we have added short notes so you know what should be in the answer-post. This will help you create quality content and save time when planning.

What is this product?

It's important to explain simply and clearly exactly what you offer. Start with a brief description of the product: its main purpose, how it works, and what it is used for. Specify which problems it solves or what needs it satisfies.

What are the main benefits of the product?

Focus on what makes the product special. Specify which particular benefits the user will receive. Try to be specific: use examples to show how the product works in practice.

How does this product solve my problem?

Start by clearly defining the specific problem your client faces. Then explain how exactly your product helps to deal with this problem. Use simple examples to show how the product works in practice and what results can be expected.

How to use the product?

Provide clear and simple instructions. Start with the basic steps: what needs to be done first, how to properly set up or prepare the product for use. Don't forget to mention any tips or tricks that might help the user get the most benefit.

What unique features distinguish this product from competitors?

Focus on specific advantages. Specify what makes your product special: this might be unique functions, quality of materials, ease of use, or something else that clearly sets it apart from others.

What are the reviews from other users?

Try to present some real opinions. Mention both positive and neutral reviews to provide a complete picture.

If there are common themes or frequent remarks, highlight them — this will help show that you listen to your customers and are ready to improve.

What guarantees are there for the product?

Specify the warranty period — how long it is valid. Explain what exactly it covers: this could be replacement, repair, or refund in case of defects. If returning or exchanging the product is possible, be sure to mention it.

What materials or technologies are used in production?

Talk about the key components. Indicate what materials you use and why they are important — for example, their strength, safety, or environmental friendliness.

It is also worth mentioning if any special technologies are used that improve the quality or efficiency of the product.

Does the product have quality certificates?

What certificates do you have and what do they confirm? This could be compliance with safety, environmental, or durability standards. If your specialists have special education or licenses, be sure to mention this.

Explain that having certificates is an additional assurance that the product has passed the necessary checks and meets the stated specifications.

What is the price of the product and are there any hidden costs?

State the main price and clarify what it includes. If there are additional costs, such as delivery or installation, be sure to mention them. Also, say if any accessories or services need to be purchased separately.

Where and how to buy the product?

Indicate in which stores or on which websites it is available. Tell whether it can be ordered online or only offline, and if there are any peculiarities, such as pre-order or availability in specific locations.

How fast is delivery carried out?

Specify how long delivery usually takes — for example, 1-3 days or a week. If there are different delivery options, such as express or standard, mention those too.

Don't forget to mention if delivery time depends on the region or stock availability.

What accessories or additional products might be needed?

List the main things that might be needed. For example, if it’s equipment, cables, cases, or extra batteries might be needed.

Also, specify that some accessories might improve the use of the product or make it more convenient.

What are the service or support conditions?

Also, specify when specialists are available and how quickly a response can be expected.

How does the product impact the environment?

In this question, it's important to consider several aspects. For example, if it's about clothing production, talk about how fabric scraps are recycled and what materials are used.

Think also about the production process: what resources are consumed, are there harmful emissions, and how it affects nature.

What are the success stories of users?

Share real examples of how your clients achieved results using your product. These could be reviews, cases, or even statistics — the main thing is that it is visual and clear.

What are the care tips for the product?

Give simple and practical recommendations. Specify how to properly clean, store, and use the product so it lasts longer. Don’t forget to mention what to avoid — for example, sudden temperature changes or aggressive chemicals.

What are the future plans for product improvement?

Talk about specific ideas and changes you plan to implement. These might include new features, quality improvement, or updated design.

Share how you plan to take user feedback into account and what technologies you want to use for improvement.

How was the product developed and who are its creators?

What are the main myths about the product?

Highlight a few common misconceptions. Explain why they are not true and support your words with facts and examples.

What are the most common mistakes when using the product?

List several typical mistakes users make. Explain why these mistakes occur and how to avoid them.

This will help people better understand how to properly use the product and get the most out of it.
