Write an attractive personalized letter for mailing that will interest clients — a task that a specialist with access to a neural network can handle. We will show you how to create emails for newsletters using Postmypost AI.

Why Email Newsletters are Necessary

The first email newsletter was sent by Gary Turk back in 1978. Through the Apranet network, he sent letters to 400 users, promoting Digital Equipment Corporation products. Since then, newsletters have become one of the tools for marketers. Emails help build trust with clients, inform about new products and promotions, increase sales, and communicate information about orders and delivery times.

The optimal frequency for newsletters is considered to be 2-4 emails per month, although variations both greater and lesser are acceptable. Such frequency does not tire subscribers: if emails arrive regularly and unobtrusively, they are more likely to be opened and read. This means the newsletter will fulfill its function.

What to Write in a Newsletter?

The most popular topics for newsletters are company news, announcements of new articles, reviews of new products, life hacks and checklists, useful tips, congratulations on birthdays or public holidays, personalized recommendations and surveys, appreciations, and bonuses, and so on.

As you can see, the themes of newsletters can vary, and the volume of content can be quite large. A little tip: to create attractive and personalized texts, a neural network can be used. Let's look at how to do this using Postmypost AI.

How to Write a Letter Using a Neural Network

The advantages of a neural network in generating emails for newsletters include the ability to generate a mailing plan in a few minutes and several dozen personalized texts for letters. This makes it highly likely that the client will open the letter and read it. This means they will receive useful information and perform the action you need (make a purchase or subscription, take a survey, etc.).

Step 1

Log in to the social media management service and select the desired project.

Step 2

In the left menu, select "AI Assistant".

Step 3

Now select the desired section. For example, in the "Write Text" section, the neural network will generate the necessary newsletter text from scratch. In the "Rewrite Text" section, you can upload an already ready text, and the neural network will issue a revised version. In the new text, the narrative tone can be changed, for example. Such texts are perfect in cases where the same newsletter is sent out several times in a row.

Step 4

Specify the desired text length and click the "Write" button.

In the right window, the neural network will write the text. Copy it by clicking the corresponding button.

How to Write a Request in the Dialog Box

Another option is to write a request (or prompt) in the Postmypost AI dialog box (the icon is located in the bottom right corner of the main window).

In the request, you must specify the newsletter topic, ask to write a preheader (the text displayed in the email program immediately after the letter's title), specify their length, as well as the newsletter text length. It would not be superfluous to indicate the narrative tone and whose perspective the letter should be written from. The more precise the request, the more accurate the result.

You can use an approximate template.

  • write on behalf of... (copywriter, marketer, designer, engineer, etc.);
  • target audience, pains, and expectations of the recipient;
  • the purpose of the letter (tell about a promotion, sell a product or service, congratulate on a holiday);
  • style and tone of the letter (official-business, friendly, neutral, joking);
  • additional details.

For example, we gave the neural network the following task:

"Write, as an experienced email marketer, a selling letter that will convince potential online school students to purchase an English course. Indicate that the study period will be 4 months, payment monthly. The course includes video lessons and practical assignments. The letter title should be no more than 3 words. Preheader — no more than 10 words. Tone of narration — friendly-official. Newsletter text - no more than 1000 characters."

And received the following result:

If you are not satisfied with the result, change the request: add details, change the role of the neural network, clarify nuances. If you're not satisfied with the title, write a new request and specify that you need 10-15-20 and so on variants of the letter title — and upload the letter text to the request. Then choose one of the most suitable titles generated by the neural network.

When the letter is ready, copy it, check for errors (factual and spelling), adjust the letter topic and preheader if needed. All done, you can send it!

So, neural networks can take on challenging tasks: generating personalized texts for newsletters so that your letters are attractive, and somewhere even intriguing. Postmypost AI does this in a matter of seconds, saving time and nerves for specialists. The result will definitely please you.
