We are working on a major update of the service and have already created the first working model for content approval. The service offers several useful tools that help solve common problems in content approval. Now you won’t have to wait long for a client's response or get confused between scattered chat and email communications. In this article, we will explain how to set up a system for content review and approval in our service. ## Unified Space for Content Approval We have organized the post approval process so that all work happens in a single application. How does it work? 1. You create a post in the service and save it. 2. Discussion and approval happen in the same interface. All comments and edits are saved next to the post, so nothing gets lost. 3. The client sees the publication in the form it will be published on social media. They can either approve it or leave comments for improvement. 4. The entire process takes place on one screen, without needing to switch to other pages. Approval in our service saves your time and makes the process as transparent as possible. ## Approval Strategies The content approval process must be flexible and adapt to the needs of the team and specific tasks. Even within one team, different projects may require different approaches to content review and approval. For example, someone might be running their own blog and doesn’t need content approval, while others work in large teams on complex projects. In such cases, it is important not only to check the text for quality standards but also to monitor the accuracy of information. To accommodate all these nuances, we have added four types of content approval in the service. You can choose the one that suits your team and tasks. - **Approval Disabled** Ideal for independent work, such as for bloggers. Posts are published immediately, without approval. - **Optional Approval** Allows planning and publishing messages with or without approval. You can approve only important information while maintaining control over content quality. - **Mandatory Approval** Every post is published only after at least one person with approval rights approves it, ensuring high quality standards. - **Multi-level Approval** Suitable for complex projects, allowing the process to be divided into several stages, each requiring approval from different participants. ## How to Notify the Client? Marketers note that the approval process often takes place on different platforms: communications, documents, and spreadsheets. This creates confusion. The client has to constantly switch—from chat to spreadsheet and back. It takes a lot of time! First, you need to understand where to look, then figure out the spreadsheets, and then return to the communication to discuss the post. It is not surprising that clients prolong approval and take a long time to respond. Set up content approval in our service. In the "Team" section, add the client's account with the user type "Client." This is important because this way the client won't see your internal processes - they will only see the posts and discussions intended for them. Every time a post needs approval, send a request, and the client will receive a push notification on their phone. They click on the notification and immediately access the post preview, which has everything needed for quick content approval. ## Client Convenience Content approval in the service not only simplifies and structures the process for marketers and SMM specialists but also makes it as convenient as possible for clients. Firstly, approval is available through a mobile app. The simple and intuitive interface allows content to be approved at any time and from any location, which is especially valuable for busy clients. Secondly, all posts are gathered in one feed. The client logs into the service and immediately sees all the posts that require their approval. No more searching for information in emails or files - everything is in one window! Thirdly, posts are displayed as accurately as possible. The client can leave comments in preview mode, discussing post details in the context of its final appearance. For the client, the approval process consists of only three simple steps. - The client receives a push notification and moves to the app. - They immediately see the post preview and see how it will look on social media. - If revisions are needed, the client simply clicks on the discussion and adds their comments. If they are satisfied, they click "Approve." ## Save up to 6 hours on content approval Set up content review and approval processes in our service. This helps reduce approval and revision time to 4–6 hours instead of 10–12 by reducing the number of communication cycles and convenient content editing. Create, approve, and discuss posts in one place. And of course, automate the post publication process after approval. Once the content is approved, it will immediately be scheduled for publication and posted on time without your involvement. All these tools make the post approval process simple and quick. Your team can easily master them and work more efficiently.
